Meet Beki, the founder and CEO of Invoke Supports, your indispensable partner in the Disability Services sector. With over 15 years of experience in building up Government projects, Level 2 and 3 Specialist Coordination, and a strong background in Youth & Disability Employment. Bringing with her an unmatched expertise and understanding of the NDIS framework. This includes but is not limited to, plan reviews, NDIS applications, SIL, SDA, STA/Respite, Multidisciplinary Complex Care, AAT and a vast referral health & wellbeing network. She also has the unique advantage of lived experience as a Carer, backed up with a Degree in Social Sciences, Indigenous Culture, Politics & Policies and Psychology.

Meet Rhi, an experienced and dedicated team member, providing comprehensive Psychosocial Support to individuals with disabilities. As a qualified Coach, she has over 10 years of experience and has been working within the disability space since the inception of the NDIS. She has shown true strength and resilience that she builds up in others due to her own lived experience with Mental Health issues that arose while battling a rare disease. Rhi provides a holistic approach which includes individualized goal-setting, mentoring, crisis support, and community work. She is a certified Art Therapist, with her  studies in Mental Health Drugs & Alcohol.

Meet Jeremy, our Chief Financial Officer. He brings his extensive background of experience in banking, business development, building relationships and keynote speaker to the family of Invoke Supports. He is also a carer and the founder of the Life Goal Program.

Jeremy is also a Rugby Union Wallabies legend just to top it off!
 

Meet Lou!

Lou is an experienced support coordinator and recovery coach with over a decade of experience in the disability and mental health space. With a background working across government sectors, Lou brings a strong understanding of systems, advocacy, and coordinated care. She has a genuine and lived understanding of the mental health journey, allowing her to support people with compassion, insight, and respect. Lou is known for her calm, person-centred approach, combining deep knowledge with empathy to help individuals navigate services, build capacity, and move toward meaningful recovery and independence.

Meet Ali,

with over a decade of expertise in providing Individual, Social, Community, and Group Support to people with disabilities. Ali brings a wealth of knowledge from her background in the Disability Employment sector and has advanced skills in promoting building, social skills, and independent living as Supported Independent Living team leader. With a lifetime of lived experience supporting a loved one with a disability, she understands the complexities of the journey and is to empowering others. We are proud to have Ali as part of our team!

Our experienced Community Services Manager with a wealth of knowledge gained from working across multiple sectors within the disability space. She brings a strong understanding of community-based services, systems, and collaborative care. Known as the go-to person for all things community and services, Micky combines practical expertise with a genuine passion for supporting people and teams. Her approachable, solutions-focused style and deep sector knowledge ensure services are responsive, well-coordinated, and grounded in meaningful outcomes for the people they support.

 Meet Chris, Invoke Supports own adventurer, who loves the outdoors and can help you explore nature and all it has to offer and take you on an offbeat path for a genuine and safe experience while building your confidence and capacity. Chris will be there to provide assistance and guidance, to teach and instruct, and will help you gain the independence, freedom and knowledge of all things nature you deserve. Chris provides a unique, quality disability service, that is delivered by a passionate mentor, who not only has a wealth of experience in the field, but also a lifetime of lived experience as a carer.
